SHIPPING & RETURNS
DOMESTIC (U.S.)

●  Pre-orders will ship during the dates listed on the product page or in the Terms & Conditions at checkout. These dates are estimates and may change, if so, you’ll be notified by email. 

●  After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent.

●  Please allow 3–6 business days for order processing before shipment. Estimated total delivery time is 7–14 business days.

●  All sales are final. Due to the nature of our limited releases, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. 

●  Customers are responsible for re-delivery fees if a package is returned due to an incorrect address or missed delivery. 

●  Please verify your shipping address before checkout—we are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly.

●  Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact the carrier directly in such cases.

 

INTERNATIONAL

●  We currently offer flat-rate shipping to select countries. Our rates include most duties and taxes, though additional fees may apply in some regions and are the responsibility of the customer.

●  Please allow 3–6 business days for order processing before shipment. Estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days, not including potential customs delays.

●  Tracking information will be sent once your order ships. 

●  All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for international orders.
